On this exclusive trek, we combine the Annapurna Trek with a wildlife safari at Chitwan National Park. This adventure is a fine contrast between trekking the remote foothills of the Annapurna’s and a safari in the vicinity of Chitwan National Park.

After arriving in Kathmandu, you will have time for a break before a briefing with your guides.  Enjoy some sightseeing in Kathmandu before we make our way to Pokhara, set on the beautiful Phew Tal (Lake).  Pokhara is Nepal’s second largest town.

The trek you are undertaking encompasses all the highlights you would expect from a trek in the Annapurna range. Beginning in the foothills we trek through delightful villages and rural landscapes where we take in the local way of life. We are rewarded with the stunning panorama of the Annapurnas.  From here we depart the main trail to complete a more remote traverse above the Annapurna Circuit, all the while accompanied by stunning mountain views as we make our way to Nayapul.

With two nights in Pokhara, there’s some leisure time to enjoy the culture that Nepal has to offer.  We then head south to Nepal’s Terai region.  A visit to Chitwan reveals an unexpected side to Nepal yet an attractive proposition for nature lovers. Located on the fringe of the Indian plains, the park boasts diverse forest and grasslands. Days are spent venturing into the wilderness on foot, by jeep or dug‑out canoe to view one‑horned black rhinoceros and bengal tigers, sloth bear, leopard, jungle cats, wild boar, otter, Langur, rhesus and the macaque monkey.

We return to Kathmandu where we explore Nepal’s exciting capital before the conclusion of our tour.

We hope you can join us in Nepal!

Testimonials

Kangaroo Island Walk April 2017

April 2017

'Kangaroo Island was THE GREAT ESCAPE from the rat race. Staying up at the lighthouse in heritage listed houses was a step back in time. No internet, phones, tv, wifi ... just  sitting and conversing with like minded people was quite refreshing;  connecting with each other one on one with no interruptions of any kind.  The island is absolutely beautiful with the most gorgeous sunsets that photos do not do justice too...you have to be there to experience them in all their glory.  It was great to connect with nature on such an intimate level. Fraser Island Walk

April 2017

'I am not a regular walker but maintain my fitness. Fraser Island walk is very achievable for novices like myself, with options to go further if your the hard core walker.  A beautiful island with scenery that is breathtaking.  At the end destination of some of our walks an amazing freshwater lake surrounded by white sand to cool off. I would highly recommend this tour. '
