A chicken taco (1 per guest)
A twist on the classic taco, Mrs Brown uses Indian paratha bread as a taco shell with chicken, pineapple chilli salsa and sriracha mayonnaise.
KFC Cauliflower (to share) (Vegan, GF)
Fried cauliflower florets tossed in Korean spices, served with a spicy chilli sauce.
For vegetarians: papaya spring rolls (instead of taco)

‘Dirty Bird’ Rotisserie Chicken (GF)
Roast free-range chicken with Mrs Brown’s secret 10 spice rub.
Lamb Shoulder (GF)
Slow cooked in garlic, thyme and lemon.
Pumpkin and Sweet potato salad (V, GF)
Roasted pumpkin, sweet potato and capsicum with quinoa, red onion, spinach, labne, maple pepitas and red wine truffle dressing.
Four grain salad (V)
Pearl barley, quinoa, Israeli cous cous, puffed red sorghum, sugarloaf cabbage, carrot, red onion, alfalfa, parsley, lemon, yoghurt dressing.
Wok tossed veggies
Carrots (V, GF)
Carrots roasted in sweet and smoked paprika and honey, served on a bed of tahini kefir with hazelnut dukkah.
For vegetarians STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS (V, GF)
Oven roasted with sautéed onion, garlic, thyme, celery,hemp and mung bean tempeh, vegan cheese, rocket and a truffle dressing
