South Africa

As a minimum, information provided applies to Australian passport holders visiting the destination as a tourist (not business), and is subject to change without notice.  It's important to recheck the requirements prior to your departure.

No visa is required. | Visa exempt for stays up to 90 days.

Visa exempt countries generally require that you have this information at border entry.

Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with two blank visa pages 

  • Hold proof of sufficient funds in the form of a bank statement or cash 
  • Hold proof of onward/return airline tickets
  • Hold documents showing proof of purpose of trip
  • Hold all documents required for the next destination
  • Hold a visa for the next destination, if applicable
  • And, now many countries require that you hold a Machine Readable passport including two blank pages

The South African government announces visa exemption for New Zealand ordinary passport holders travelling to South Africa for tourism and business visits. Effective 15 August 2019 New Zealand citizens will no longer require a visa when travelling to the Republic of South Africa. The South African government has taken a unilateral decision to exempt ordinary New Zealand passport holders from the requirement of having to be in possession of a port of entry visa for a period of ninety (90) days for holiday and business visits. Botswana

Zimbabwe

As a minimum, information provided applies to Australian passport holders visiting the destination as a tourist (not business), and is subject to change without notice.  It's important to recheck the requirements prior to your departure. You will be given information on how to apply for your visa around the time that final monies are due. We will be in touch with you by email.

Australian passport holders, and passport holders of New Zealand, United Kingdom of Great Britain, and USA are eligible for a visa on arrival.
Applicants will be required to pay the visa fees at the port of entry. 
The fee is approximately USD30 for a single entry and USD45 for a double entry.
