Farewell 2017 - Welcome 2018 on this boutique small group tour of the South Island

OVERVIEW

Solos Only

In addition to your tour inclusions you will have some personal expenses including meals, snacks and drinks not included with the tour package plus consider souvenirs and miscellaneous expenses such as laundry.

When setting a budget for personal expenses consider what meals are included and not included. This itinerary has a breakfast each day and one lunch or dinner each day throughout the itinerary. Therefore, either lunch or dinner each day would be an additional expense. We recommend around AUD45 per day for personal expenses not included with the tour package.  You should increase this budget if you like to enjoy alcoholic beverages.

For anyone that enjoys some shopping there will be opportunities to purchase local items and these costs could be a small amount to a lot, all depending on personal preferences for travel shopping.

TRAVELLER REVIEWS

'great scenery, company, and lots of fun, over too quick'

Jenny, 64 years, New South Wales

'My South Island adventure exceeded my expectations of New Zealand. Just go! I'll be back to enjoy the cooler weather away from Brissy. Unforgettable scenery and just a short flight away. It ticks all the boxes.'

Laura, 59 years, Brisbane, Queensland

'I have just come back from an 11 day tour of New Zealand's South Island. Kia Ora. It was interesting and luxurious in both accommodation and transport. Other travellers were friendly and as interested in the places we stopped as I was. I'll never get over the beauty and the secrets of the place and it has left a lasting impression that will be hard to erase from my memory. I tried everything extra that I could just to add to the enjoyment. This included a small plane flight from Milford Sound to Queenstown, which gave me a perspective on the incredible country of the South Island.'
