FERRY TRANSFER INFORMATION

River Heads Mainland Reception (Start of Trip)

Guests are advised to arrive at the mainland reception at River Heads 40 minutes prior to ferry departure for check in. A courtesy shuttle from the Mainland Reception to ferry will leave 10 minutes prior to ferry departure time.

If arriving by car, secure outdoor parking can be pre booked (fee applies) and should be arranged with us well in advance of your travel dates.

River Heads is the mainland ferry terminal which is located 25 minutes south of Hervey Bay, and about 15 minutes south of Hervey Bay Airport. 

A return ferry transfer has been arranged as part of your package.

Once on the island, your transfer will pick up our group from the ferry and take you to the resort.

Upon your departure, walk from Kingfisher Bay Resort to the Ferry terminal (this is a short walk which will take no more than 5-10 minutes).
