DAY 1
Cape Town, South Africa
Welcome to Cape Town. Today is at your leisure to settle in and explore at your own pace.

DAY 2
Cape Town City Tour
This morning after breakfast, at around 10:00am, you will be collected for a city orientation tour. You will have an opportunity to explore Table Mountain, weather depending (cable car tickets at your own expense).
The afternoon brings one of Cape Town's great traditions. No visit is complete without High Tea at the iconic Mount Nelson Hotel, where delicate finger sandwiches, pastries and cakes await in suitably elegant surrounds. This evening is at your leisure.
Encounter Moment High Tea at the Mount Nelson Hotel, one of Cape Town's most iconic traditions, enjoyed together as a group.

DAY 3
Cape Peninsula
Today we explore the Cape Peninsula. Travelling along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay, we stop at Maiden Cove look-out point before continuing to Hout Bay. We carry on over Chapman's Peak, one of the world's most breath-taking coastal drives, to Cape Point and the Good Hope Nature Reserve. After lunch at a nearby restaurant (for your own account), we travel on to Simon's Town, a village with charming Victorian architecture, a naval base and a large penguin colony at the beautiful Boulders Beach.
In the afternoon, we enjoy sundowners, before heading back to the hotel for some time to freshen up for dinner.
Dinner tonight is a chic African experience. Dining begins with the drumbeat of the djembe drum. An interactive drum circle offers you the opportunity to join in and learn how to play the djembe. In no time at all you will be drumming with the rest of Africa! After drumming for a while, you will be lead into ancient courtyards where your hands are ceremoniously washed before eating. The cuisine is authentically Cape Malay and African and is served by beautifully clad waitrons in African style baskets. As you dine you will be entertained by the live performances near your table.

DAY 4
Robben Island, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek
This morning after breakfast, you will embark on an excursion to Robben Island, the unique symbol of "the triumph of the human spirit over adversity, suffering and injustice". Robben Island is visited every year by thousands of people eager to understand and honour the important aspects of South Africa's history that it represents. Your ferry departs from the Nelson Mandela Gateway at the V&A Waterfront.
After our Robben Island tour, we head to Stellenbosch, a charming town filled with history and known for its beautiful oak-lined streets and well-preserved Cape Dutch architecture. We make our way to Waterford Estate or similar to indulge in a three course meal and wine pairing. Later in the afternoon we continue to the picturesque town of Franschhoek, often referred to as the "French Corner" of South Africa.
Encounter Moment A ferry crossing to Robben Island, one of the world's most significant historical sites, and a powerful shared experience for the group.

DAY 5
Cape Winelands, Franschhoek
After breakfast enjoy a leisurely walk through the town's charming streets, lined with stunning architecture and sophisticated restaurants. Franschhoek is renowned for its culinary scene.
The day unfolds with a visit to an exceptional winery where you make your own wine blend, red or white, with the guidance of one of the knowledge ambassadors. You will bottle your own blend, cork it and create your personalised label to take home.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of South Africa's most celebrated culinary destinations, known for its elegant yet approachable atmosphere and refined local cuisine crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Today you transfer to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Victoria Falls (flight not included in tour price). On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 7
Bwabwata, Namibia
Today we enjoy an afternoon game drive in Bwabwata National Park. The park lies on the western banks of the Okavango River and is one of Namibia's most captivating and species-rich conservation areas, renowned for enormous baobab trees, flood plains and large herds of elephant, buffalo and red lechwe.
Encounter Moment - Your first game drive of the safari, setting the tone for the days ahead.

DAY 8
Divundu, Namibia
Today we make our way to Divava Okavango Resort, stopping for a guided visit to the Living Museum of the Kavango tribe. The Kavango inhabitants welcome you into their village and share how they grow crops, prepare food and drinks and go about their daily lives. You will learn about their culture and watch traditional dances.

DAY 9 & 10
Okavango Delta, Botswana
We head into the largest inland delta in the world, the Okavango Delta, spending two nights listening to the sounds of the wilderness. Unlike other deltas, it flows into the Kalahari Desert without reaching the coast, which makes it unique.
We float through the thick vegetation of the Delta by Mokoro, discovering a variety of birds and wildlife, and stop at a secluded island for a guided walk of around one and a half hours, hoping to spot elephants, waterbuck and other animals living in this water-filled paradise. On one of the evenings you will enjoy a special sunset cruise on the lagoon.
Encounter Moment - Drifting through the Okavango Delta by Mokoro, one of the most serene and unforgettable wildlife experiences in Africa.

DAY 12
Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana
This morning you will be transferred to our camp, situated on the doorstep of the Moremi Game Reserve and the famed Khwai region. Tucked away in a grove of mopane trees and mysterious woodlands, the retreat sits on the eastern edge of the Okavango Delta, a World Heritage Site.

DAY 13 & 14
Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana
Two full days of game drives in the Khwai area, exploring in an open 4x4 vehicle on morning and afternoon drives. Khwai is home to a great diversity of plant and animal life, and game viewing is seasonal - depending on the time of year you may encounter different species across different areas.
Encounter Moment - Two dedicated days on safari in Moremi, one of Botswana's most celebrated wildlife areas, in an open 4x4 with your group.

DAY 15
Makgadikgadi Pans and Nata, Botswana
Leaving the bush behind us, we travel east towards the Makgadikgadi Pans, once a large river-fed lake which has become saline and empty. This area incorporates a multitude of salt pans and vast grass plains dotted by palm islands, forming the Great Makgadikgadi, the largest area of salt pans in the world at some 37,000 square kilometres overall.
We arrive at our lodge in the late afternoon, and as the sun drops, head out on a sunset drive through the Nata Bird Sanctuary. The sanctuary is a breeding ground for pelicans and flamingoes, and year-round you can expect zebra, wildebeest and ostrich moving through the golden grasslands.
Encounter Moment - A sunset drive through the Nata Bird Sanctuary as the day closes, a quieter but memorable contrast to the game drive days.

DAY 16 & 17
Chobe National Park, Botswana
We continue to Chobe, where your morning begins with a game drive in Chobe National Park before returning to the lodge for lunch. The boat cruise on the Chobe River begins around 3pm. Elephants, hippos, crocodiles and a great variety of birds come into close range without the need for binoculars.
Encounter Moment - The Chobe River boat cruise, where Africa's wildlife comes to the water's edge and close-up encounters are virtually guaranteed.

DAY 18
Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Today we cross the border into Zimbabwe for our final night at Victoria Falls. You will tour the mighty Victoria Falls, known by the local Kololo tribe as Mosi oa Tunya, "the Smoke that Thunders". After lunch, explore Victoria Falls town and all it has to offer, from adventure activities to cultural experiences. This evening we come together for a farewell dinner.
Encounter Moment - Standing at the edge of Victoria Falls together, a fitting finale to an extraordinary safari.
