As a minimum, information provided applies to Australian & New Zealand passport holders visiting the destination as a tourist (not business), and is subject to change without notice.  It's important to recheck the requirements prior to your departure. You will be given information on how to apply for your visa around the time that final monies are due. We will be in touch with you by email.

You must hold a valid passport with a minimum of six 6 months validity from your return date to your home country and have at least two blank passport pages for stamping.

A visa is required for foreign nationals.

1. E-VISA

You can apply for your visa to India anytime from now till 5 days prior to departure with the E-Visa option. You should apply as soon as convenient and at least 5 days before you travel. However, we strongly recommend that you make the online application as soon as possible as from experience, the Indian government website can ‘drop out’ and sometimes it is possible this can occurring while you are in the midst of making the online application – obviously not convenient.

This is an online application so you will not have to send away your passport.

You will require:
* A scanned bio page of your passport showing your photograph and details
* A digital photograph must be uploaded in JPEG format (minimum 10kb, maximum 1MB)
     * The height and width of the photo must be equal – 2 inches x 2 inches
     * Photo should present full face, front view, eyes open and without spectacles
     * Centre head within frame and present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin
     * Background should be plain light coloured or white
     * No shadows on the face or on the background
