What’s included on my cruise?
The comprehensive river cruise itinerary includes all of the ‘must see’ sights and experiences of the selected destination. Many operators sell these as ‘options’ – but on a Riviera Travel river cruise they are included as part of your package.

What documentation will I receive after making my booking?
A booking confirmation document is issued. It has important information such as your booking reference, confirmation date and departure date. Along with your confirmation you will receive a passenger information form.. It is important that you carefully check the information on this form for any discrepancies and return the form with any missing information completed.

Once the final balance has been receipted on your booking a travel details form will be sent for you to complete and return. This document contains information such as your date of departure and date of return, flight details and accommodation details prior to your cruise. In the unlikely event of an emergency before your river cruise, we ask for these details.

When can I expect to receive my travel documents?
Your final Travel Documents will be issued 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Please make sure that you check the details on your tickets and advise any errors immediately.
