Roommate Match Option

Share and save with our roommate match option.
On your request and subject to availability, we will match you with another group member (same gender) so that you can share a room and take advantage of the twin share price.

Reduced Rate - Own Room
If we are not able to offer you a roommate match, a reduce price for your own room is offered. you have the option to decline and receive a full refund of your tour deposit. If you are not prepared to pay the amount to take your own room, we recommend you should not pay for the airfare until you have a guaranteed roommate match and this is advised by us in writing. This supplement becomes due after we finalise the group and before departure.  The offer of the reduced rate only applies to bookings secured with a deposit prior to three months before the departure date.

Please note: if a roommate becomes available after receiving advice the offer of the reduced rate for your own room, your booking automatically reverts to the twin share price and any monies paid will be refunded.
