Other requirements: This tour is the day before The Ghan arrives to Adelaide. To join this tour you need to book 2 additional nights of stay prior to The Ghan departure, unless you live in Adelaide or nearby.

If you have a small group, less than six people this is a shared departure; there may be other passengers that are not Encounter Travel passengers. If we have enough interest this may change to a private group for Encounter Travel. All Small Group Tours are guaranteed to depart with a minimum of 2 people.
All bookings are subject to availability at time of booking. This tour is operated by a Third Party and subject to their booking terms and conditions and cancellation penalties apply in addition to our cancellation service fees.

In the event that a booking is cancelled the following fees will apply (plus our cancellation fees):
- Cancellation more than 3 days before departure – $10 per person.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before departure – no refund
