Other Price Information

Prices are always advertised as a starting 'from' price. Starting prices may include early bird offers. Once early bird prices expire we may still advertise these starting 'from' prices at the lowest price being the early bird offer or other promotion price, but these would no longer be valid if you are booking after the early bird date or other promotion offers have expired. All prices are subject to offers provided by quotes.

EARLY BIRD, TERMS & CONDITIONS:
To be eligible for the early bird savings you need to book and pay the deposit to secure your booking, and make any progress payment by the nominated date, as per the booking terms.

TOUR ONLY PACKAGE:
The airfare is not included with the price. Quotes are provided on request, and are indicative only. Prices are subject to variation until tickets are issued. Tickets are issued once the tour is a guaranteed departure, you have paid the airfare in full and accepted the airfare booking terms in writing. Once the ticket is issued penalties are incurred for changes, and in some cases airfares may be non-refundable. Reservations are made in the name you provide to us with your booking form – this name must match your passport. Failure to provide your name as per your passport may result in an invalid ticket.

UPGRADING ECONOMY FARE TO BUSINESS CLASS FARE WITH POINTS
An airfare we quote may not allow the use of flyer points to upgrade. If you wish to have the option to upgrade with points, advise us in advance of requesting a quote and/or confirming your flight reservation.  If there is the option of paying a surcharge where we would book the airfare which does allow you to upgrade. The surcharge can be quoted at time of requesting quote and is subject to availability.

ACCRUING FREQUENT FLYER POINTS
The airfare offered may not permit frequent flyer points to be accrued. If you wish to accrue frequent flyers points please check with us at the time of booking. We will advise the status and if any airfare supplement applies to book an airfare class that permits the accrual of frequent flyer points.
